Real Property Reassessment RFP Kent County and Sussex County, political subdivisions of the State of Delaware, desire to enter into similar contracts with a qualified company to perform a reassessment of all real property within the counties. The criteria for selection shall include experience, quality of work, capacity to perform, project methodology, and price.
