Heroic Coaches Save Student Athlete’s Life at Lake Forest High School Published on August 06, 2024 On the morning of June 11, 2024, a routine non-contact drill at Lake Forest High School turned into a life-threatening emergency. Head Coach and Athletic Director Fred Johnson, recognizing the gravity of the situation, immediately checked the student for signs of life and instructed another coach to call 911.
