Kent County Levy Court has adopted a series of County Codes and Policies which guide the Levy Court in its conduct and interaction with the public, various committees and commissions, and persons and entities that may do business with the County. The codes and policies set forth align operations and communicate Countywide set expectations. Approved codes and policies are approved by the Kent County Levy Court.
Levy Court is responsible for maintaining County Codes and Policies. Any inquires shall be dictated to the Kent County Levy Court
