Provisional Ballots

If you find that your name is not on the official poll list but you are a registered voter in your Election District eligible to vote in Federal Elections, you still have options. You may be able to vote using a Provisional Ballot. Provisional Ballots are intended for Federal offices such as President, Vice President, US Senate, and US Congress.

To use a Provisional Ballot, you'll need to sign an affidavit affirming that you are a registered voter in your Election District and eligible to vote in that specific election.

Please note that Provisional Ballots are only valid for Federal elections and cannot be used for local elections.
