Kent County Parks and Recreation is a division of the Community Services Department of Kent County Levy Court. 

Kent County Parks and Recreation (KCPR) strives to provide fun, safe, family-oriented recreational activities and programs that promote wellness and build community ties. Parks and Recreation offers spaces for nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, sports and fitness, youth activities, and community programming. 

Parks & Recreation facilities are accessible and group friendly.

Become a Member

A Kent County Rec Center "Drop-In" punch card gives you access to all Park and Rec fitness and outdoor amenities. Join us for an event, play in a league or tournament, attend a music, art or dance program. Kent County Parks & Recreation offers a wide variety of opportunities for all ages. Cards are $20 each and are good for 10 individual sessions of any drop-in program. A registration form must be filled out with EACH purchase.

Kent County Parks & Recreation hosts special events, sports leagues, activities, programs, courses & camps. Learn a new skill, get a great workout, or join a sports league. The is fun for the whole family at the Kent County Recreation Center or one of our many County Parks.

Registration will be accepted through the mail, in person, by fax or online on a first-come, first-served basis. Phone registrations are not accepted. Cost of activity must be paid in full when registering except when stated differently.

 Kent County Youth Soccer League (PDF, 413KB)

"Learn, Play, Celebrate!"


The KYSL aims to enhance opportunities for young recreational soccer players in Kent County. Operated entirely by Kent County Park and Recreation, this program provides various levels of play for youth aged 4 to 18. Participants can develop their soccer skills, engage in team training, and enjoy organized games.
