All Kent County Levy Court Offices, and Kent County Public Library will be closed on Friday April 18th to Monday April 21st. The Rec Center will be open on Saturday April 19th 12PM to 5PM. The Parks and Recreation Division can approve, and issue Permits for the operation of Remote-Controlled Airplanes in County Parks, expressly limited to electric motored Remote Controlled Model Airplanes, and restricted to use and flying only at the south field at Kesselring Park, southeast field at Big Oak Park, and the north field at Browns Branch Park.
