The Parks and Recreation Division can approve, and issue Permits for the operation of Remote-Controlled Airplanes in County Parks, expressly limited to electric motored Remote Controlled Model Airplanes, and restricted to use and flying only at the south field at Kesselring Park, southeast field at Big Oak Park, and the north field at Browns Branch Park.
