In your request, please provide your name, the address for service, and telephone number for Public Works to contact you about a new, or additional trash or recycle bin.

The Kent County Public Works Department is located on the first floor at 555. S. Bay Road, Dover, Delaware 19901. A new or additional trash or recycle bin can be requested at the Public Works Counter. 

Step 2.What to Bring

To obtain a new or additional trash or recycle bin, please be prepared to provide your name, address of service and a contact number.
